CGO- Capacity Growth Office Cost Manager

This position manages assigned control accounts and helps ensure program budgets, schedules, and financial commitments remain on track. The role partners with engineering, supply chain, operations, and program leadership to maintain integrated schedules, evaluate variances, support forecasts, and manage baseline changes. It uses tools such as Excel, Microsoft Project, APEX/SAP, IMS, and PMX to produce performance reporting and actionable analysis. The position also contributes to risk planning, resource management, estimates at completion, and contract-required EVM deliverables, with occasional domestic travel. It suits an analytical program controls professional who can work independently while coordinating effectively across multiple functions and who already holds an active Secret clearance.
