Shipping/Receiving I

This position supports Modern Industries' warehouse shipping and receiving operations by checking products against purchase orders, packing lists, and customer instructions. The employee selects shipment methods, prepares labels and paperwork, and ensures incoming materials are documented and stored correctly. Daily work also includes inventory control activities such as cycle counts, material identification, and maintaining accurate system records. The role suits an entry-level warehouse professional with basic computer and math skills, attention to detail, and forklift experience. A high school diploma or equivalent and the ability to lift up to 30 pounds are required.
