Materials Project Manager New College Grad- Bachelor's (Chandler, AZ)

This position supports the Global Factory Repair Organization by ensuring materials are available for manufacturing and repair programs. The manager works with engineering, procurement, buyers, planners, and production control to forecast demand, develop materials strategies, manage supplier performance, and support product transitions. Responsibilities also include monitoring costs and quality, assessing supplier risks, managing change processes, and improving operational efficiency through data and KPIs. The role is suited to an early-career professional with a bachelor's degree and experience or coursework in supply chain, operations, engineering, or manufacturing materials management. Candidates should be analytical, detail-oriented, comfortable using ERP and MRP systems, and able to work effectively in a manufacturing or cleanroom setting.
