Electrical Controls Engineer

This role develops electrical and software automation solutions, including PLC/HMI programming, control-panel design, schematics, component selection, and project planning. The engineer collaborates with customers, internal engineering groups, supply chain, manufacturing, account managers, and field service throughout the system lifecycle. Work is primarily performed onsite in Phoenix, with travel to local customer and supplier locations and occasional work beyond normal hours. The position suits an experienced controls professional who can manage several projects, communicate effectively in design reviews, and balance compliance, cost, manufacturability, and performance. Experience with industrial automation, electrical standards, and systems used in regulated industries will be valuable.
