Engineering Manager

This position oversees manufacturing processes and engineering solutions for a precision manufacturing operation serving the semiconductor equipment market. The manager works with production, engineering, quality, customers, vendors, and leadership to resolve issues, optimize processes, develop fixtures and documentation, and establish production data in the MRP system. Responsibilities also include managing engineering projects, changes, routings, rework processes, estimates, and manufacturing standards. The role has significant responsibility for environmental health and safety, regulatory compliance, quality systems, and root-cause investigations. It suits an experienced manufacturing engineer with strong communication, technical analysis, project management, and process improvement skills.
