Senior Director, Preconstruction

This role directs the Platform Delivery team’s preconstruction function across major data center developments, from site diligence through GMP development and financial close. It combines technical knowledge of critical infrastructure, cost modeling, constructability, procurement, scheduling, and value engineering with senior-level strategic guidance. The director will collaborate with engineering, land, finance, construction, operations, utilities, contractors, and vendors to improve project outcomes and support investment decisions. The position also includes developing standards, mentoring preconstruction professionals, and helping scale the organization as the portfolio grows. It is suited to an experienced data center developer or general contractor leader who can connect detailed technical analysis with executive communication and commercial execution.
