Operations/Supply Chain (OSC) - Principal Financial Analyst - P3 - (Hybrid)

This analyst will join the Operations/Supply Chain Finance organization and support material and operations teams through activities such as estimates at completion, earned value management, and broader production finance processes. The position analyzes operational and financial results, identifies trends or performance shifts, consolidates key indicators, and recommends actions to program and business leaders. It also involves strengthening analytical capabilities, clarifying ownership, supporting change initiatives, and communicating time-sensitive insights across geographically distributed stakeholders. The role suits an experienced finance professional who is comfortable working with operations data, program controls, enterprise systems, and executive-level reporting. Strong relationship-building, clear communication, sound judgment, and the ability to work effectively in a dynamic aerospace and defense environment are important.
