Director, Operations

This role provides strategic and operational leadership for a data center campus, covering facilities engineering, commissioning, maintenance, security, logistics, safety, service delivery, and financial performance. The director manages teams and vendors, establishes performance measures, oversees budgets and contracts, and ensures infrastructure availability and adherence to customer service commitments. They also coordinate incident, change, risk, and emergency management while maintaining required procedures, records, audits, and technical documentation. The position serves as a key communication link between site operations, customers, executives, and corporate departments, including during facility expansions and improvement initiatives. It suits an experienced data center or critical facilities leader who combines technical knowledge with people management, customer focus, financial discipline, and the ability to operate effectively under pressure.
