Sr. Manager HR Business Partner

This position serves as an embedded HR adviser to Naval Systems & Sustainment and Naval Air Missile teams, helping leaders connect workforce priorities with business objectives. The successful candidate will improve organizational structures, strengthen team performance, support new leader integration, and guide talent reviews and development opportunities. They will also lead or contribute to HR programs involving compensation, performance management, succession planning, employee relations, and culture initiatives. Success requires independent judgment, strong communication, data-informed recommendations, and the ability to influence leaders across functions with limited oversight. The role is best suited to an experienced HR professional comfortable working with senior executives in a fast-paced aerospace and defense setting.
