Lead Corporate Program Manager - Strategic Projects

This position owns the end-to-end delivery of strategic programs, including scope, schedules, budgets, resources, risks, decisions, and expected benefits. The manager leads business and technical contributors across functions without relying on direct reporting authority and ensures that governance, documentation, and project standards are consistently applied. Success requires turning ambiguous objectives into practical plans, surfacing issues early, and communicating clear recommendations to executives and stakeholders. The role also partners with acquisition targets under applicable governance and antitrust requirements and improves the company’s program management practices based on experience.
