Senior Technical Marketing Manager

This position leads the architecture and technical direction of high-voltage power electronics systems from early concept through production. The manager works with OEMs, Tier 1 partners, and internal product, hardware, software, systems, design, and validation teams to translate market needs into scalable, safe, and manufacturable solutions. Key areas include solid-state switching, AC-DC and DC-DC conversion, electrical and thermal modeling, system integration, and trade-offs involving cost, performance, reliability, and safety. The role also supports alignment with standards such as ISO 26262 and UL, while guiding systems engineers in architecture, safety analysis, and validation practices. It would suit an experienced power electronics or systems architect who can influence customers and engineering teams while setting long-term technology strategy.
