Senior Director, M&A Integration

This leader oversees integration from due diligence and pre-close preparation through Day 1 planning and full operational adoption. They organize work across engineering, product, manufacturing, supply chain, quality, service, HR, finance, IT, and commercial functions while tracking milestones, risks, performance measures, and executive decisions. The position also guides technology and product alignment, organizational design, talent retention, communications, and process improvements. It partners closely with Corporate Development and senior business leaders to assess integration demands and capture lessons for future deals. The role suits an experienced M&A, transformation, strategy, operations, or consulting executive who can influence large global teams without direct authority and understands semiconductor or advanced industrial environments.
