TCAD EDA Engineer

This engineer will troubleshoot TCAD issues involving model setup, convergence, calibration, and related simulation workflows. They will improve EDA applications, evaluate vendor roadmaps, and help shape new capabilities that support onsemi’s engineering needs. A major focus is developing AI agents, regression methods, optimization, and automated workflows to increase design productivity. The position works across diverse semiconductor devices, materials, products, and applications while offering opportunities for technical publications and patents. It suits an experienced TCAD or EDA professional with strong device-physics knowledge and an interest in applying machine learning and AI to engineering tools.
