Manager, Land Enablement

This position is part of Aligned Data Centers’ Platform Development organization and supports the company’s land enablement strategy. The manager oversees on-site and off-site improvements, reviews construction designs, supports entitlements, manages schedules and costs, and identifies risks and opportunities affecting development readiness. The role works closely with internal teams, consultants, vendors, contractors, and public agencies to resolve obstacles and advance projects. It is well suited to an experienced land development, civil engineering, construction management, or data center professional who is organized, analytical, collaborative, and comfortable managing complex projects. Domestic travel of up to 25% per month may be required.
