Commissioning & Reliability Manager

This role helps lead commissioning quality and readiness across assigned data center projects, working with third-party agents, contractors, vendors, and site operations teams. Responsibilities include reviewing commissioning plans and test evidence, supporting Level 4 functional testing and Level 5 integrated systems testing, managing issue logs, and confirming that systems are ready to progress through commissioning gates. The manager also evaluates risks from unresolved deficiencies, supports root-cause analysis and corrective action, and ensures operating procedures and turnover documentation are complete. The position contributes to training, lessons learned, process improvement, and consistent use of commissioning management tools such as Cx Alloy. It suits an experienced commissioning, reliability, or mission-critical facilities professional who combines strong technical understanding with organization, communication, and stakeholder coordination skills.
