Electron Beam Welding Operator

This position supports precision manufacturing by assembling parts, setting EBW machine parameters, and carrying out welding operations in a controlled shop-floor environment. The operator uses drawings, welding procedures, and schedules to configure equipment, secure components, manage chamber conditions, and monitor beam performance. Quality responsibilities include visual, dimensional, and nondestructive checks, along with complete documentation for traceability. The role also involves routine servicing, equipment diagnostics, maintenance records, and adherence to high-voltage, vacuum, chemical, and workplace safety requirements. It suits someone with welding or manufacturing experience, strong blueprint-reading and measurement skills, basic CNC programming knowledge, and the dexterity to work with small precision components and protective equipment.
