Photolithography Equipment Engineer

This engineer will support the photolithography equipment function within NXP’s Front End Operations organization. Responsibilities include diagnosing persistent tool problems, leading root-cause and recovery efforts, optimizing maintenance procedures, and reducing equipment-related scrap and operating costs. The position also involves technician training, new equipment sourcing and qualification, and participation in cross-functional improvement initiatives. Close collaboration with photo process engineers is expected to reduce process variation and advance zero-defect manufacturing. It is suited to an experienced semiconductor manufacturing engineer with strong lithography equipment knowledge and disciplined problem-solving skills.
