(Senior) Talent Acquisition Specialist (Enabling functions)

This position involves managing the entire recruitment process from initial intake through offer stage for various roles across ASM's operations, IT, finance, legal, marketing, and HR functions. The successful candidate will act as a strategic partner to hiring managers and business leaders, developing sourcing strategies, conducting market analysis, and providing talent intelligence to support hiring decisions at all organizational levels. The role is based in Phoenix, Arizona with expectations to work in the office 3-4 days per week, and includes occasional international collaboration with European teams. This opportunity suits experienced recruiters who excel in fast-paced environments, build strong stakeholder relationships, and can manage multiple concurrent recruitment initiatives while maintaining high quality standards. The ideal candidate brings deep full-cycle recruiting expertise, familiarity with modern ATS platforms, and a consultative approach to talent acquisition. This is a fixed-term 12-month contract position within a global semiconductor technology company known for innovation and diversity.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in corporate, agency, or blended environmentProven experience recruiting across business and corporate functions including Operations, Manufacturing, IT, Finance, Legal, Marketing, HR, or Supply ChainTrack record managing recruitment for roles ranging from entry-level to executive leadershipExceptional stakeholder management skills and comfort working with leaders at all organizational levelsExperience with modern applicant tracking systems and sourcing tools, willingness to travel occasionally
