(Senior) Talent Acquisition Specialist (Enabling functions)

This position involves managing the entire recruitment process from initial intake through offer stage for various roles across ASM's operations, IT, finance, legal, marketing, and HR functions. The successful candidate will act as a strategic partner to hiring managers and business leaders, developing sourcing strategies, conducting market analysis, and providing talent intelligence to support hiring decisions at all organizational levels. The role is based in Phoenix, Arizona with expectations to work in the office 3-4 days per week, and includes occasional international collaboration with European teams.
