Upgrade Install and Relocation Engineer - EUV

This engineer works within ASML’s Customer Support organization to bring complex semiconductor equipment into production and maintain its performance through upgrades, relocations, recovery work, and optimization. Responsibilities include assembling and qualifying systems, diagnosing mechanical and electrical problems, reviewing technical information, confirming quality and safety compliance, and completing service documentation. The position involves frequent collaboration with customers, engineers, and other specialists, as well as occasional support for process improvements and junior colleagues. It is suited to a technically trained professional with experience servicing or installing complex electromechanical equipment in semiconductor, manufacturing, aerospace, automotive, or related environments. The successful candidate should be comfortable with substantial domestic travel, variable schedules, extended cleanroom work, physical activity, and independent problem-solving.
