Customer Technical Program Manager

This position supports customers from pre-contract discussions through construction, fit-out, delivery, and post-project review. It connects sales, design, construction, operations, legal, and other Platform Delivery functions to ensure lease terms, technical requirements, changes, and commitments are understood and executed. The manager tracks project performance, identifies risks, supports cost and schedule control, and uses customer feedback and lessons learned to improve repeatable processes. The role suits an experienced data center construction, engineering, or project management professional who is highly organized, customer-oriented, and comfortable leading communication across many stakeholders. Occasional travel of up to 25% may be required.
