Process Support Engineer III

This position is part of Applied Materials’ Global Field Group, which helps customers install, maintain, and optimize advanced semiconductor manufacturing systems. The engineer acts as a technical connection between customers and internal business units, translating production needs into practical equipment and process solutions. Responsibilities include validating system operation, guiding customers on use and maintenance, and leading diagnosis, repair, and performance optimization for complex tools. The role requires knowledge of multiple semiconductor processes and regular on-site customer engagement in Chandler, with some travel. It is well suited to an experienced semiconductor capital equipment or applications/process engineering professional with strong troubleshooting and communication skills.
