Sr Director, Product Line Manager

This leader will define and advance SiC-based power solutions by translating customer and market needs into product roadmaps and successful development programs. The role coordinates engineering, product, sales, marketing, operations, and other technical teams while serving as a senior relationship owner for major automotive, energy storage, and industrial customers and suppliers. Responsibilities include managing product lifecycles, budgets, forecasts, business performance, risks, quality, and communication with executive stakeholders. The position suits an experienced power electronics leader who understands SiC MOSFETs, IGBTs, power modules, traction systems, and energy storage applications. It is especially appropriate for someone with substantial industry experience, a history of leading complex programs, strong commercial judgment, and the communication skills to work effectively with customers and senior leadership.
