CVD Equipment Engineer

This engineer owns multiple CVD tools and platforms, using equipment and process data to diagnose recurring problems and develop corrective action plans. Responsibilities include creating maintenance procedures, qualifying new equipment and parts, supporting technology transfers, and improving metrics such as MTBF, MTTR, and tool uptime. The position works closely with Maintenance, Manufacturing, Facilities, Analytical Lab, Device Engineering, and counterparts at other factories to share effective practices. It also involves training technicians and colleagues and presenting technical findings to varied audiences.
