Lead II, People Partner

This position partners with Directors, Vice Presidents, and other senior leaders to connect business priorities with talent, workforce, leadership, and organizational strategies. The role guides succession planning, workforce planning, leadership development, organizational design, employee relations, change efforts, and team effectiveness initiatives. It also uses workforce data and organizational insights to identify risks, shape decisions, and improve business execution. The successful candidate will coach leaders through complexity while providing constructive challenge and collaborating with HR operations and specialist teams. This opportunity suits an experienced HR business partner who is comfortable influencing executives, navigating transformation, and operating across a complex or global organization.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, organizational development, psychology, or related field, or equivalent experienceAt least 8 years of progressive HR experience, including HR Business Partner or People Partner workExperience advising and coaching senior leaders on talent, workforce, leadership, and organizational challengesStrong expertise in organizational effectiveness, talent management, workforce planning, employee relations, leadership coaching, and change managementStrong business judgment, executive communication, facilitation, consulting, and stakeholder management skillsAbility to use workforce data, business metrics, and organizational diagnostics to influence decisions
