Human Resources Business Partner - Multi-Site

This multi-site HRBP serves as a hands-on partner to leaders and the primary point of contact for employees needing day-to-day HR assistance. Responsibilities include interpreting policies, addressing complex employee relations matters, conducting investigations, analyzing workforce data, and supporting compliance with employment regulations. The position oversees orientation for Arizona locations and collaborates with HR colleagues on training, performance management, workforce planning, restructuring, and succession efforts. It is well suited to an experienced HR professional who communicates effectively, works independently and collaboratively, and can operate comfortably in a manufacturing setting. Local travel and occasional work on plant floors are expected, with required safety equipment in production areas.
