Technical Marketing Engineer – Automotive Electrification

This engineer will act as a technical authority on EV powertrain applications such as traction inverters, onboard chargers, high-voltage DC-DC converters, battery disconnects, and related control and sensing systems. Working across engineering, product management, sales, field applications, and marketing, the position will define system architectures, explain onsemi’s technical advantages, and relay market needs into future product plans. The role involves supporting OEM and Tier-1 customers through architecture discussions, design-in activities, technical presentations, and solution validation. It also includes producing application materials, training teams and partners, contributing to launches, and representing onsemi at industry events. The position suits an experienced electrical engineer who can connect semiconductor technologies with vehicle-level requirements and communicate effectively with both technical customers and internal teams.
