Industrial Engineer

This position supports front-end manufacturing areas by analyzing operations and designing improvements for equipment performance, workforce productivity, scheduling, forecasting, dispatch, and capacity planning. The engineer works with area teams, Manufacturing IT, and colleagues across multiple NXP sites to define processes, implement systems, and validate software solutions. The role also involves applying statistical methods, programming, business intelligence, and emerging AI technologies to operational challenges. It suits an analytical and collaborative engineering professional who can communicate effectively, solve complex problems, and translate factory objectives into practical improvements. A willingness to work in a cleanroom and an interest in semiconductor manufacturing, Lean practices, and factory automation are important.
