AZ Quality Coordinator I

This position supports the quality function at FM Industries’ Phoenix manufacturing site. Responsibilities may focus on customer first article documentation or the management of material review and return authorization processes for nonconforming products. The coordinator reviews drawings and inspection information, prepares reports, facilitates meetings, tracks metrics, and communicates findings across departments and with external partners. The role is suited to an early-career candidate with a high school education, basic measurement and blueprint-reading knowledge, and strong Microsoft Office and communication skills. Success requires organization, adaptability, teamwork, independent judgment, and the ability to work safely in a hands-on industrial environment.
