Manager, Automation OT Delivery

This position oversees OT environments including BMS, PMS, SCADA, PLC controls, and industrial networks across a growing data center portfolio. The manager sets team priorities, supports commissioning and upgrades, manages incidents and change control, and drives consistent procedures, documentation, and performance reporting across sites. The role also develops staff, coordinates contractors and vendors, contributes to cybersecurity and compliance efforts, and evaluates technologies that can improve efficiency and sustainability. It is suited to an experienced OT, automation, controls, or critical-facilities leader who can combine hands-on technical knowledge with people management and cross-functional delivery. Regular travel, expected at approximately 25%, may be required as projects and site support needs evolve.
