Process Technician

This position works within semiconductor manufacturing operations to identify process deviations, troubleshoot equipment and production issues, and protect product quality. The technician analyzes SPC and FDC information, tracks performance metrics, follows recovery procedures, and helps implement process improvements. The role also includes documenting specifications, completing projects, and contributing to cross-department task forces. It suits a self-directed technical professional who can communicate clearly, manage changing priorities, and support or mentor other associates. Candidates with semiconductor manufacturing experience, technical education, and familiarity with data-analysis and Lean or Six Sigma practices would be well matched.
