Process and Technology Engineer - (E3)

This engineer will plan and analyze challenging process experiments, characterize hardware, measure film properties, and use technical evidence to resolve manufacturing and product problems. The position works within a production and technology function, partnering with customers, suppliers, vendors, and cross-functional teams to introduce equipment, materials, and analytical capabilities. Responsibilities also include preparing technical documentation, supporting global customers, and mentoring less-experienced engineers or leading project teams when needed. The role suits an independent, motivated materials engineer who is comfortable working under safety and schedule constraints and communicating with varied stakeholders. A graduate degree and knowledge of materials behavior are expected, while experience with thin-film deposition, manufacturing improvement methods, and data-analysis software is advantageous.
