Semiconductor Equipment Maintenance Technician - Cleans/EPI

This technician supports Chandler Fab operations by maintaining cleaning, epitaxy, abatement, metrology, chiller, and related semiconductor toolsets. Daily work combines electrical, electronic, pneumatic, mechanical, and vacuum-system troubleshooting with preventive maintenance and documentation. The technician works with internal and external partners to meet safety, performance, and reliability goals, and may train other personnel. Success requires comfort with SPC, 5S, FDC, alarm diagnosis, and root-cause analysis in a fast-paced manufacturing setting. It is well suited to someone with electronics or mechanical training, strong communication skills, and the physical ability to work extended shifts and handle demanding equipment-service tasks.
