Senior Manager Applications Engineering

This position manages an applications engineering function focused on translating onsemi’s broad product portfolio into practical customer designs and system-level solutions. Responsibilities include overseeing schematics, PCB layouts, software and hardware integration, technical collateral, reference designs, and customer support activities. The manager partners with marketing and other functions to identify market opportunities, shape product roadmaps, and promote integrated solutions across strategic accounts. Success requires leading multidisciplinary teams, including people outside the direct reporting structure, while managing complex projects and a large technology portfolio. It is well suited to an experienced electrical engineering leader with strong product development, communication, business development, and customer-facing skills who is comfortable working globally and traveling periodically.
