Office 365 Infrastructure & Security Management Lead

This position leads the Microsoft 365 platform function for KLA’s global IT organization, setting its architecture, roadmap, operating standards, and service improvement priorities. The successful candidate will manage Exchange Online and messaging infrastructure, including mail flow, migrations, retention, hybrid environments, and complex issue resolution. They will also own email security programs involving Proofpoint, Microsoft Defender, anti-phishing controls, threat response, and domain authentication standards. The role partners with cybersecurity, identity, infrastructure, architecture, compliance, risk, and business teams to implement secure and resilient modern workplace services. It also includes service management, vendor oversight, automation, governance, audit support, disaster recovery, and continuous improvement.
