US Real Estate Manager

This position manages Lam Research’s US real estate portfolio and translates business growth forecasts into practical occupancy and location strategies. The manager evaluates market and site information, develops alternatives, and helps stakeholders select plans that support operational needs and financial priorities. The role partners with planning, facilities, project management, legal, finance, risk, environmental, and external real estate professionals throughout due diligence and negotiations. It also includes establishing repeatable processes, tracking the results of real estate decisions, and encouraging collaborative problem-solving.
