Sr Project Mgmt Specialist- Computer Aided Dispatch

This role manages complex implementations of digital fire station alerting solutions from initial planning through final customer acceptance. The specialist partners with customers, engineering, sales, field personnel, and support teams to coordinate execution, resolve issues, and maintain delivery quality and safety. Responsibilities include controlling schedules, budgets, forecasts, risks, documentation, installation activities, system testing, commissioning, and user training. The position supports multiple projects simultaneously and serves as a key customer contact throughout delivery. It suits an experienced project manager who is organized, analytical, comfortable in technical or emergency-services settings, and effective at leading cross-functional work.
