Facilities HVAC/Mechanical O&M Technician

This technician supports NXP’s facilities and manufacturing infrastructure by servicing HVAC&R equipment, chillers, boilers, compressors, pumps, scrubbers, incinerators, water systems, and waste treatment equipment. Responsibilities include preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance, equipment rounds, air balancing, electrical work, pipefitting, troubleshooting, and participation in startups, commissioning, projects, and vendor coordination. The position also involves maintaining procedures, using CMMS and office software, applying Lean and 5S practices, and responding to facility emergencies. It suits an experienced industrial or semiconductor maintenance professional with broad technical capabilities and the ability to interpret multidisciplinary drawings and manuals. The technician must be comfortable with physical work, ladders, lifting, and nonstandard shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays.
