AI Solutions Engineer

This role sits within onsemi’s AI and data science function and guides projects from initial concept through production delivery. The engineer will shape AI architecture, MLOps practices, RAG applications, LLM workflows, enterprise integrations, and Azure-based deployments while improving monitoring, quality, security, and cost efficiency. They will work closely with infrastructure, security, data engineering, and business stakeholders to ensure solutions are practical, governed, and aligned with business outcomes. As a senior technical contributor, the person will make complex decisions across the AI/ML stack and mentor less experienced engineers. It suits an experienced AI or data science professional who enjoys solving complex problems, influencing adoption, and balancing technical execution with collaboration and responsible AI practices.
