Yield Enhancement Systems Engineer

This position is part of onsemi’s Corporate Yield Enhancement Systems team, supporting yield management across wafer fabrication, assembly, test, and quality operations. The engineer acts as a bridge between business teams, IT, and software vendors to improve data standards, application capabilities, reporting, and system performance. Responsibilities include designing data and software solutions, strengthening data quality, developing automated reports and analysis practices, and supporting manufacturing initiatives such as scrap reduction and product transfers. The role also involves documenting applications and training internal users. It suits an experienced semiconductor engineer with strong knowledge of manufacturing data, yield systems, databases, analytics, and cross-functional project leadership.
