Chief Engineer - Level 5

This position supports the Advanced Programs Chief Engineer by providing technical oversight across a portfolio of space and launch-related programs. The engineer will guide program engineering teams, lead major technical and design reviews, ensure hardware and designs meet customer and company standards, and resolve complex issues spanning multiple disciplines. The role also involves customer engagement, proposal support, coordination of shared technologies and technical initiatives, and leadership of digital transformation activities. It is suited to an experienced engineering leader with strong systems or multidisciplinary expertise, excellent communication skills, and a record of guiding complex programs with limited supervision. The position is fully on-site in Chandler, requires an active Secret clearance, U.S. citizenship, and occasional travel.
