Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field7+ years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or supply chain management, including senior-level buying responsibilities2+ years of leadership or supervisory experienceProven success in high-level supplier negotiations and cost-saving initiativesStrong analytical, organizational, and strategic problem-solving skillsExperience with ERP/MRP systems (SAP preferred)Knowledge of VMI, JIT, supply planning, and global sourcing practices
