Systems Engineer - Level 5

This engineer will guide system-level design decisions, define architectures and interfaces, and ensure that complex missile systems meet customer requirements. The position supports a multidisciplinary Space Systems team spanning areas such as guidance, avionics, propulsion, software, structures, and integration and test. It includes leading Integrated Product Teams, managing technical risks, preparing systems engineering documentation, and participating in formal design and test reviews with customers. The engineer will also serve as a Control Account Manager and apply earned value practices to oversee assigned scope, budget, and schedule.
