This position sits within Scheduling Management and supports program planning across proposals, contracts, and active programs. The analyst will maintain resource- and cost-loaded schedules, conduct critical path and schedule risk analyses, integrate subcontractor timelines, and support earned value and baseline review activities. They will also develop reports and presentations, explain schedule impacts to leadership and customers, and recommend corrective actions. The role includes helping teams follow scheduling standards, providing informal training, and contributing to process improvements. It is well suited to an experienced program scheduling professional who is comfortable with MS Project, cross-functional collaboration, leadership communication, and highly regulated defense environments.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree with 8+ years of relevant experience, or master’s degree with 6+ years; equivalent experience may substituteExperience in schedule management and resource-loaded schedulesStrong knowledge of Earned Value Management practicesExperience conducting Schedule Risk AssessmentsAdvanced scheduling software skills, including MS ProjectAbility to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government Top Secret clearance
