Program Cost Control Analyst - Level 2 or 3

This analyst helps establish and maintain contract cost-control systems while tracking performance against approved budgets, schedules, and customer requirements. Responsibilities include forecasting funding and cash needs, analyzing variances, preparing financial reports, and developing estimates to complete. The position also performs earned value management work involving work breakdown structures, baseline budgets, cost risk assessments, and performance visibility. Supporting the site General Manager, program teams, customers, and auditors, the role suits professionals with experience in financial analysis, EVM, and government or defense contracting. Candidates should be comfortable working onsite in Chandler, following a 9/80 schedule, and pursuing a U.S. Secret clearance.
