This position is part of Northrop Grumman’s Western Region Systems Engineering organization supporting space-related programs. Engineers will contribute across concept development, design, integration, verification, operations, maintenance, and system disposal. Responsibilities include allocating requirements, conducting functional and schedule analyses, performing trade studies, defining interfaces, and ensuring solutions meet technical, cost, and timeline constraints. The role is suited to recent or soon-to-be graduates with STEM degrees who want to build experience on national security and space systems. Associate-level candidates need a bachelor’s degree, while Systems Engineer candidates need a master’s degree, and all candidates must be able to obtain the required U.S. government clearances.
