Field Service Engineer IV (C4) - Technical Lead

This position acts as the primary technical authority for CVD hardware and process performance, resolving complex failures involving vacuum, gas delivery, thermal control, plasma, and related systems. The engineer works closely with process engineering, fab operations, customers, business units, and equipment vendors to address recurring failures, defects, uniformity problems, and production-impacting issues. Responsibilities include assigning engineering resources, balancing maintenance and improvement work, tracking equipment performance, and leading data-driven reliability initiatives. The role also coaches junior engineers and technicians and communicates technical risks and corrective actions to leadership.
