Principal Systems Engineer, Responsible Systems Engineer (RSE)

This engineer will maintain system and subsystem requirements and lead the planning and execution of verification and qualification activities. They will conduct systems verification reviews and collaborate with systems and hardware leads, chief engineers, and other disciplines on program-level technical decisions. The position also involves becoming the program’s primary systems engineering resource while mentoring and onboarding newer team members. It is suited to an experienced defense or aerospace systems engineer with strong requirements, integration, and test experience who can work effectively with technical and customer stakeholders. The position is fully onsite in Tucson, Arizona, and requires U.S. citizenship plus the ability to obtain an interim Secret clearance.
