This engineer will help programs adopt and effectively use digital engineering products, models, templates, and workflows. The position includes studying user needs, improving tool usability, coaching teams, and ensuring engineering tasks can be completed with clear and efficient methods. The engineer will also manage the Digital Engineering team’s documentation releases, revisions, and quality standards. Core systems work may include requirements analysis, architecture and interface development, agile team coordination, and presentations at major program reviews. The role suits an experienced systems engineer with strong MBSE and communication skills who can support both technical execution and organizational adoption of new engineering practices.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in STEM discipline with 5+ years experience (or Master's with 3+ years, or PhD with 1+ year for Level 3; 8+, 6+, or 4+ respectively for Level 4)U.S. Citizenship and ability to obtain Secret Security ClearanceOnsite work at Chandler, AZ facility requiredExperience with SysML, MagicDraw/Cameo, or similar modeling toolsProficiency with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools like Jira and ConfluenceDemonstrated ability to coach and mentor technical teams in digital engineering practices
