Principal Supply Chain Procurement Specialist

This position leads procurement activities from supplier selection and proposal evaluation through negotiation, award, and ongoing subcontract administration. Working within the Defense Systems Armament Systems team, the specialist manages strategic suppliers and ensures compliance with contractual, regulatory, import/export, and company requirements. The role also monitors supplier quality, reliability, delivery performance, payments, documentation, and continuous-improvement efforts. It suits an experienced procurement or subcontract professional who can collaborate across technical and business functions, negotiate effectively, and support defense programs. The position is based in Mesa, Arizona, with onsite work and potential for a hybrid schedule, limited travel, and the ability to obtain a U.S. DoD security clearance.
