Business Management Manager 2

This manager will direct the business and financial functions associated with assigned programs while partnering with organizational leadership to meet performance and mission objectives. Responsibilities include resource estimation and tracking, Estimate-at-Complete reviews, variance and forecast presentations, contract analysis, invoicing, collections, and financial oversight. The position also leads and develops program control analysts and works with internal and external customers on financial information. It is a fully onsite role with a 9/80 schedule and requires an active, current DoD Secret clearance. It suits an experienced defense program finance leader with earned value expertise, strong communication skills, and the ability to build collaborative teams.
